Hampton Inn & Suites Albany-Airport

The room was clean and set up in a way that accommodated families. For example, having the second surface that could be used as table with two additional seats is handy when traveling with kids. There was space in the bathroom to put your toiletries or clothes so they would not get wet. These small details make a difference in a positive manner.

Breakfast which was included was great, lots of options and my son can’t get enough of the waffle maker. Gym was very nice and had the necessary equipment and I loved the coffee in the lobby!

It was close to the airport and we needed to pick up my niece at the airport. It was also close to my nephew’s doctor appointment. The breakfast was great with many choices

the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast was average. Our stay was comfortable and it was well worth it. I would be staying there again if I had to. For improvement I would say that maybe a wider spread in the breakfast and more shampoo.

Room was clean and breakfast was good, had problems with front desk on checking in .I was told check in was at 3 pm not 2 pm, I showed her my email on booking. Com she said that was the Policy
